Little Bombs by Caitlyn

At Little Bombs by Caitlyn, all bath bombs are made to order and packaged especially for you. Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer returns or refunds once an order has been placed.

Made-to-Order & Hygiene Products

Bath bombs are classified as personal care and hygiene products. For health and safety reasons, and because each item is made per order, all sales are final.

We cannot accept returns, exchanges, or issue refunds for:

• Change of mind

• Incorrect scent or colour selection

• Items that have been opened or used

• Orders placed incorrectly by the customer

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect due to our error, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

• Your order number

• Clear photos of the issue

If approved, we will arrange a replacement at our discretion.

Sale Items

All sale or discounted items are final sale and are not eligible for refunds or returns.

Shipping

Once your order has been dispatched, delivery is handled by third-party couriers. While we always package our products with care, Little Bombs by Caitlyn cannot be held responsible for delays, loss, or damage caused during shipping. We will, however, do our best to assist where possible.
